He was astonished. Someone had cut a tiny triangle in the top of the dollar's pyramid. Precise and accurate. He returned to his studio, and placed the dollar in his book, exactly on this page where the incident happened in time. He has always remembered this event as remarkable, and considers it the climax of the theme of the book.
